We produce custom-made polyurethane systems, which can be cast into all shapes and sizes; we also supply a variety of polyurethane solutions for most applications.
With modern equipment and a small team of talented employees, we have the capacity and expertise to cast linings in pipes up to 12m long, and for casting components from 20 grams to 1000kg in weight. Over the years, we have developed a range of unique systems, which often use a combination of jigs, centrifugal force or pressure to achieve successful results.
Our large 3000m² headquarters, situated near Perth, WA, includes a fully equipped 800m² workshop, polyurethane processing plant, machining facilities, large ovens, space to accommodate a 2½ tonne forklift, in addition to small ovens and a pipe spinning machine. We recently added a new, purpose built abrasive blasting and paint workshop to accommodate all types of work, ensuring you have a one- stop-shop for all your polyurethane servicing needs.
